Tokimune continued walking with Blue. The weather was pleasent, and this walk took the whole dilema off his mind. He heard blue speak to him. "So, About JinJin, You have to impress him, Numbers aren't really enough. So you may have to fight him." Tokimune smiled again. He laughed a little. "That wont be a problem, I could use a good fight to get my mind off things."

Makoto let out a confused grunt at Rae, as if he had just snapped out of his trance.
"Snow? Oh, yeah, it sounds pretty easy...I've done it before, for at least a winter." he explained, continuing to look at the ground. "Err...How about you? Have you ever...I mean, traveled in snow before?"

The courier could see several dogs in the clearing ahead of him, all spread out and walking in different directions. He walked up to Haru, tearing up and limping, he ran the whole way here, and his maw was still stinging with pain. It didn't really hurt, but if he comprimised Haru's mission then his life was forfeit. He whispered to her so it was impossible for even the keenest ear to hear him, "Haru, the leader wishes for you to bring the Iga dog back to the Southern Alps as well, it doesn't matter how, just do it. Those are his orders Haru." He started walking away, but in the opposite direction that he came so that he would only look like a passerby.

Haru nodded, but to make sure that noone suspected it, she padded over to Tokimune with gleaming eyes and a large smile. She plotted in her head very quickly as she did so, then nudged him and started to speak.
"Tokimune! Great news! A passerby told me that he came from Ohu, and that Gin, Akame, Kyoushiro, and my father were waiting for us! That's great, isn't it?! I'm so glad they're okay...! Let's go to Hokkaido faster!" She woofed happily, wagging her tail and blinking innocently. 'Heh...I know EXACTLY how to take care of this brute,' she thought, none of the evil thoughts penetrating through her glowing face.

Blue laughed at Tokimune's confidence. "These Hokkaido dogs are no joke, They really are something." He laughed again Nudging Tokimune playfully and continued walking, A flash of brown fur zoomed in front of him, but to no avail of its hope for escape, Blue swiftly caught it, In an quick leap the rabbit was no longer living. He smiled, Holding it in his jaws, "Yew wah ih?" he said through his full mouth, fur beginning to shed on his tongue as he looked at Tokimune.
Rae smiled, Looking at Makoto before shoving him playfully. "You forget I come from the Alps, silly. I was born in the snow." She said, shaking her husky fur and looking up at the clouds. If wether was turning bad here, it must be hideous in the mountains. But she was ready for it. "Makoto..." She said quietly, "Can I ask you something?"

They continued walking along. Enjoying the walk. These Hokkaido dogs are no joke, They really are something." "I wont underestimate them, but fighting sometimes could be fun. It will be all seriousness once we get there." He said with a laugh. He nudged blue back playfully. He watched as he caught a rabbit. "Yew wah ih?" "Didnt you ever learn to not talk with your mouth full?" Tokimune said jokingly. "Sure, I'll take it, haven't eaten in a few days." He smiled and wagged his tail.
His ears perked, he turned to see Haru. Tokimune! Great news! A passerby told me that he came from Ohu, and that Gin, Akame, Kyoushiro, and my father were waiting for us! That's great, isn't it?! I'm so glad they're okay...! Let's go to Hokkaido faster!" He smiled. "Blue what do you think? Thats some pretty good news."

Blue laughed and tossed the Rabbit to Tokimune. He smiled, Wagging his tail aswell. "Ahaha, Manners Schmanners! We're all dogs here." He said, Waiting for Tokimune to eat the rabbit. Then Haru rushed through the bushes.
He looked back at Tokimune, "This is good news, But everyone needs to get there strength back, We dont want to be slowed down." He said, Twisting his head to look at Haru's leg wound. "That looks pretty bad. Perhaps you should head back to Ohu, Its closer anyways, And the trip to Hokkaido will be hard even for the uninjured."

Dusky emerged from the shadows, with the carcass of a small squirrel swinging from her jaws. She sat it down in front of her, and looked up at the sky. She looked back down at her catch, and sighed. "Where are they?" she questioned herself.
She walked a bit further, unable to smell anything due to the creature in her hold's smell. She sat again, and bent her neck down. She sniffed the animal for a few seconds, and slowly dug in. As she finnished off the last few peices of the body, she lick her lips.
The small satisfied wolf padded her way over to a tree. "I should find them, but I'll try to take the easy way out of this." She lifted her head, lowered her ears back down, and let out a long, loud howl. Then, she ended it. She sat for a few moments. "I hope they find me....out here.....but, where am I....great, I'm lost!"

'Damnit,' she thought.
She glanced at her leg, then sighed. She pretended to think for a while, then gave Tokimune and Blue a sturdy look.
Haru stood stedily. "No! I'm fine! I rested in the hotsprings for a few hours, remember?" she tried her best to convince him. "Tokimune-kun, please! You know you can't stop a soldier when she wants to keep going," Her eyes pleaded as she flattened her ears, trying her best to look 'cute'.
Makoto gulped, hoping her question wouldn't be too harsh.
"Sure," he said, gazing into her eyes, "Anything, Rae..."
He felt his muscles tense as he moved forward. He had caught nothing so far, and they were going to leave in a short time. Everyone needed to eat, and even he felt sort of hungry as he padded through the woods with Rae.

"Why do you look at me like that?" She asked, Now staring back at him, Their pelts brushing lightly, She couldn't help but get lost in his gaze and Ignore the scents of prey wafting from the air around them.
Blue took a step forward, "No, Haru, Aki would just be angry with us for making a wounded dog travel somewhere so dangerous." He said, looking at Tokimune, "He made a fuss over you simply walking on our way to the hotsrpings, That kid dragged you himself rather than have you get hurt worse, What would he think if we took her with us with that on her leg?" He said, pointing towards her again, Biting back a laugh at her 'cute' attempt. It was fairly cute, but Blue was used to Rae trying to do that.

Tokimune stared at Haru, her attempt was not working. He wound was pretty bad, even after being in the hot springs. He had to side with Blue on this one. "Haru, the wound looks a little serious. Even though you were in the springs, it still is not healed. It will only get worse on the travel."

Makoto blinked, but kept his gaze on her. "Like...What?" he didn't quite understand. He always looked at her with kindness and protection...Was there something wrong with that? Unless...He looked at her as if she were Rin? As if Rin was a puppy, and he was falling in love with her? 'Hell no,' he thought, 'Rae is way different than Rin...I don't look at them the same way...' He blinked at her once more. 'Do I?'
"I'm coming with you!" Haru barked persistantly. "And you can't stop me! I want to come, and you can't stop me!" She thought quickly. "I have some friends in Hokkaido too!" she blurted out, staring at Blue and Tokimune.
"Please let me come," she sighed, ears slowly perking, "I promise. I'm really okay."

Rae smiled and laughed nervously. "Don't worry about it, Its probably just me." She said, Turning her head forward, 'Damn it, your so stupid!' she cursed herself mentally, She padded on, trying to gather her bearings, Feathers beat her face with frantic gusts and before she realized it the Pheasants were beginning to fluster higher into the sky, She cursed this time verball and lept, Pushing off of a few trees agilaly and grabbed a pheasant by the wing, bringing it down with her as she fell to the ground, Landing nimble on her feet.
Blue Looked at Haru and could see she was going to follow them wether they let her or not. "Your acting like a spoiled brat!" He growled, Lifting his tail, Her persistance was beginning to annoy him now. He shut his eyes and stood straight again, "Its entirley up to Tokimune wether you come or not, but I think you'd be more of a hinderance if anything."

Tokimune tilted his head. "Why are you so driven to go?" "We can handle it, and will be back shortly. Besides your injury will hinder your performance and put us all at risk.
