Rin stopped in fron of ashi's cave, breathing heaveil and heart pounding. Fog masked her face each time she exhaled, from the bitter cold of night time. Her blue eyes clouded wih slight fear of what ashi was going to say. she shook her head for a moment, ridding of the idea of turning back to survey Dagger. 'What will he say..?' she queried herself, shifting her paws uneasily.
She held her breath, slowly taking shaky steps into ashi's pitch black cave. "Ashi?" she called, her voice bouncing off the stone-walls and softly echoing 'ashi....ashi.....ash..as..a..' and slowly stopping. her fur prickled slighly "i need to talk to you, its really important". she gulped, awaiting an answer. ((ooc:// and yess, she is gone from the capture part 2))

Ashi was lying down in the cave, panting and staring at the wall. He winced in pain as he heard a voice come from the entrance and he turned his head, 'That last fight was almost the end of me, it'll heal though.' A wound on his neck was covered in dried blood and matted fur, and it still ached and felt like it could tear open. "Hello Rin. What is it?" He pushed himself up and faced the entrance of the cave, biting down onto his tongue and coughing into his maw. 'Shouldn't have gotten up so fast in this condition you idiot.'

Rin sighed, in relief, and she walked up to Ashi. First things first, she needed to know if he was alright, she did notice him wince slightly before she went up to him. "Are your wounds ok, Ashi?" she asked.

Ashi swatted at a fly and shook his head, "Wounds? Nah this is just a scratch. I'm fine.... So what is it you came to see me for?" Ashi sat down on the cold cave ground and glanced at the wall, wondering what Ohu was planning. He wanted to rip the brats throat out, unfortunately, he had escaped intact. He looked over at Rin, "Are you ok? That was a pretty intense skirmish."

"Ah, i'm fine." She muttered, and looked at he ground for a long, silent moment.
She lowered her ears and looked straight into Ashi's eyes. Wich could only mean, she had something very important to say. Truthful.
"Ashi.. I.." she tried to say, but couldn't find the right words to say. (( -jaws music-))

Ashi glanced away for a second, he didn't like eye contact very much. "Thats good that you're ok,... injuries aren't very helpful..." He glanced up at the dark ceiling of the cave, 'Everything has become so complicated since the beginning' he turned and looked at Rin, "Go ahead?" He tried to sound encouraging, but it may have almost sounded like he was giving orders. He was so used to giving orders. He forced himself to look into her cool blue eyes while he waited for a response.

'Here it goes... Just speak your heart Rin..' she thought to herself. Her ear twitched once as Ashi encouraged her to speak. "Well.. I.." she began, trying to make herself more relaxed. "Well... since i've joined this pack.. well me and you have been sort of close.. and well.. I think i've fallen in love with you.".

Ashi blushed and looked away as he spoke, so many people hated and feared him, and he was definitely not used to talking about something like this, but he knew he felt something towards Rin, and it wasn't hate or a sense of superiority. "Ummm.... Rin....", he looked sheepishly back at her. "I think I have too, with you...ummm...." He looked glanced at the ground, he felt weird even considering saying this word.. it made him feel like his neck was exposed and an opponents fangs were looming over him.

Rin looked down, blushing. The moment had fallen akward when Ashi had sad he had feelings for her too. She continued to shuffle her forpaws uneasily, but her body was less tense, and relaxed. She was glad Ashi liked her.
She walked closer to him, and layed next to him. (( fail. Sorryi didnt post sooner ^^; ))

Ashi watched as Rin walked over near his flank and laid down. He sat down, and glanced at the wall as a dark wave of apprehension quickly devoured his thoughts, what if some traitor found out he was weak, and used it as an opportunity to have Ohu strike on the caves and the soldiers plateau, and what of the people closely associated with him and his reputation? "Rin," he said as softly and steadily as he could, "if we are to tell people of what might be, then it should only be people we can trust, do you agree? I would like to know your opinion, you are, after all, my adviser."

Rinja seemed to be rather cold suddenly, "I'm going to... go for a walk." she said distantly, walking out of the cave. "See you later, I guess." she managed to growl to him as she walked away.
Her plan was to rejoin Aki after gaining full trust of Ashi. Such a shame.
