Dagger yelped in pain as the sharp edge shuriken ripped into his side. He staggered backwards a bit and ripped it out of his flesh, throwing at Tokimune. "This isn't over you mutt!" He snarled. His eyes were still blood-shot. "This is FAR from over." He let a menacing snarl rip from his throat and bared his fangs. "Next time you won't be so lucky." He sat down and continued to glare at Tokimune. Blood was oozing from the wound the shuriken had created. Let let a few more growls out at Tokimune, but finally subsided to lick his wounds clean, still glaring at Tokimune.

Ashi growled at Dagger as he watched him disobey his orders, it wasn't important at this point in time, he would be dealt with later. "Dagger, I will deal with your insubordination later, if you can think of a better punishment than losing the ability to have an heir to your name that I approve of, I'll use it instead, until then the previously stated will be your punishment. Oh, and Haru, Rin, please make sure he doesn't attack Tokimune while I'm talking with little Aki. Thank you." Now that he was finished doing that, he could turn his full attention to Aki.
Walking over to Aki, a broad grin on his maw, he sat down a few inches from Aki, looking him directly in the face and starting to speak, "My terms? Those are simple. You will become a part of the Southern Alps, starting out as a recruit, and probably becoming my newest platoon leader, and as for Tokimune and your close friends, we will spare their pathetic, meaningless lives, if you refuse, we slaughter Tokimune on the spot right now, and send his dead body to your friends." He chuckled a bit, letting it turn a little higher pitched to express how much this idea pleased him. He stayed where he was, keeping a close eye on Aki, to make sure he didn't try that trick from before. He glanced over at Dagger, "Don't worry. You'll be punished accordingly for your misbehavior." He looked away from Dagger and focused his attention on Aki, he didn't want to let himself get distracted.

The echo of paws hitting solid rock echoed through the caverns of the ancient mountain. A flash of blue gray fur could be seen as guards dropped as he passed, just dishing passing blows to render them defensless for long enough for him to get passed. He leaped into the pit of the battle His massive Husky bulk slammed into the Ninken dog, Haru. His teeth bared as he stood in front of Tokimune, Small gashes covered his body and his ear was torn, but nothing serious. He growled at Haru, and said, without looking away from her. "Tokimune, Get Aki out of here. Don't hesitate, Just do it." He ordered, Lunging at Haru again and barreling into her, Teeth snapping at her face. "Couldn't call you a traitor since you were never on our side." He hissed through clenched teeth.

Tokimune felt as Haru let up on him. Thank you he said in his head."This isn't over you mutt!" "This is FAR from over." "Next time you won't be so lucky." He heard these words as Dagger dropped back from him. "We will see Dagger. I will admit, you will make a formidable opponent in the future."
Tokimune turned to see Ashi sitting by Aki. This made him tense for a moment, but they onlt seemed to be speaking. His ears perked as he heard parts of what Ashi was saying. /I wont let anything happen to you Aki. And I will make sure nothing happens to me./
His ears perked again as he heard something coming. He turned to see Blue speeding in. "B-Blue!" He stodd next to Tokimune staring Haru down. "Tokimune, Get Aki out of here. Don't hesitate, Just do it." Tokimune looked towards Aki. His rear legs tensed as he pushed of the hard ground. With his speed he looked like he vanished, but he suddenly appeared next to Aki and the wolf Ashi. He grabbed Aki by the scruff of his neck and ran out of the now un-guarded prison. Before exiting he gave a wink toward Ashi.
He ran through the different passages until he could feel the cold air of outside. He ran out into the snow. His paws feeling the cold ground. He ran into a small patch of underbrush and let Aki down. "Your safe now." He nuzzled the pups cheek lightly. "I wont let anything happen to you again. I will protect you...with my life if needed."

Aki gaped back in shock at Tokimunes attack on Dagger. He watched intently on the other dog as he backed off. He felt a chill creep up his shoulder as the blade cut Dagger and spilled blood. His ears pricked suddenly as he stared at Ashi again, his feels colder than before. He flinched in his mind, but stood sliently in the real world. So much had happened to the pup that he now knew that the world was a dammed place.
"I-" He was in the middle of his sentence, mouth halfway open when Blue appeared.
He felt teeth grab onto his neck fur as something grabbed him. What?! He thought fast, feeling his paws leave the ground. What is going on?! He thought to himself more, closing his eyes tight as he felt the breeze smack his face with the cold windy air. Fall was here. He felt his paws being paced on the floor of the ground, a warm muzzle pressing against his cheek. His fur felt hot as he felt Tokimunes breath onto his fur.
"I know you will." He closed his eyes, giving a tight smile. Tokimune had always made him feel....different. He made him think of the brighter things in life and gave him hope. He pulled away, fur hot, as he looked at the dogs soft eyes. "I'll protect you too."

Haru felt a shocking blow to her side, and she toppled over easily with a groan. Slowly, she arose to face her oppponant, Blue. "Y-You..." she snarled, fur bristling. Suddenly, two blurs passed her, and Tokimune and Aki had disappeared. "Damnit," she barked, "You three, go after him!"
Three Koga Nin-ken nodded and sped out of the cavern.
Turning back to Blue, she arched her back and bared her fangs. "Never on your side, huh? You believed me as much as anybody did, idiot, how could you say shit like that?" After her howl of protest, and lunged at him, ears pricked and muscles tensed for impact. At least she was keeping Blue from helping them escape.
/I knew it,/ she reminded herself, /Tokimune is nothing but a mutt, a stupid mutt who I should never have met./ She increased her speed, paws tingling against the rocks as she neared the brother of Rae. /Tokimune's a fool. He's nothing to me./

Dagger bowed his head to Ashi. "I'm sorry sir... Please forgive my immature behavior..." He waited for awhile before raising his head. He licked his wound a few more times, but the blood was already pooled at his feet.
Dagger turned to the Husky that had just barged in and snarled at him. He turned to Ashi. "Should I rip this one apart, or get Tokimune and Aki?" He turned back to the Husky and more snarls ripped from his throat. He was itching to kill this dog, whoever he was, to gain back Ashi's trust.

Rin looked around slgihtly, then hostily glared at dagger sligthly, she then turned her attention to aki and tokimune "What is going on right now..??" She questioned, in a soft voice.She lost her voice for a minute, but regained it, as her tail swung side to side a few times when she stopped.She glared at blue "Hm..allie of aki" She pondered.She had no intention of fighting anyone at the moment, she had no lust for killing someone at the moment.Her ears just pricked forwards, and she kept her eyes glued on everyone, ready for the next move to happen.

Ashi glared at Dagger as he apologized, 'Dagger is such a kiss ass, oh well his apology doesn't make a difference, of course.. this new dog does postpone the punishment'. "Shut up Dagger. Thanks to Mr.Newguy, you're spared for the moment." He walked over to the cave entrance and then heard Dagger ask him a question, "No, don't kill him just make sure he is knocked out and in a miserable state of being for now." He sat down, sighing at his failed plan. It had gone horribly wrong and it was because he hadn't kept them separated.
He laid down and glared at Dagger, "What're you gonna do now, I'll watch the fight, it'll be fun." Ashi sighed, the thought of the previous failure ate at him like a hungry mosquito drinking up blood.

Blue nodded to Tokimune and growled at Haru. "You don't deserve the blood you were born into, You cowardly mongrel." He growled thorugh open fangs, Ducking and shooting up under her, Gribbing her foreleg in his jaws and flipping there positions mid-air, Haru falling towards the ground, Him pressing his teeth further into her leg above her. His fur stood on end as he prayed Tokimune kept running, And that Rae decided to not come back for him. He knew he wouldn't live through this, A few tears escaped his eyes as he thought of his sister.. [/i]Take care of her, Matoko, Please...[/i] He silently called out to the Malamute mix, hoping by some miracle, his thoughts would be heard.
He shut his eyes as the ground grew nearer, He waited for the impact.

The slight breeze blew Tokimune's fur slightly. The Southern Alps air was sort of cold. He held his muzzle on Aki's cheek for a few moments more, feeling the warm fur of the young Akita. "I'll protect you too." "Thanks pup, that means a lot to me." He moved his head away from the pup. "Aki, I just wanted to let you know that..that I think of you as a son. I dont want to see anything happen to you. His ears perked as he heard something moving after them.

Dagger turned around and snarled at Blue. Then he leaped at him and tackled him down and away from Haru, grabbing his back leg. "I'd rather be doing this to Tokimune, but you'll do." He crunched down hard on Blue's leg.

Blue growled and curled his body, Hooking his claws into Daggers head, Sinking his teeth into his skull between his ears. Wincing and baring his teeth as he felt the teeth sink into his foot. "Shut your mouth, Mutt."

Kotone had followed Blue the whole way. She jumped over Aki and Tokimune, nto caring if they were guards or not, but more caring for Blue's life. She sprinted into the cell where she could hear his voice clearly. Kotone slid to a halt, only to see him engaged in battle with a shephard and another dog who she couldn't make out. "You cowards!" Kotone acted quickly, almost without thinking. She jumped onto the shephards back and sunk her fangs into his skin.

Aki gave a huffled sigh as the breeze ran over his fur. He closed his eyes for a moment, opening them as Tokimune spoke. "Tokimune....Its..no problem." He ignored Tokimune's last words but kept them close in his mind, eyes and ears pricking at Kotone jumped over the two. "Kotone!" He barked, standing up now to see her rush into the den. He winced a little, still tired from the impact with Ashi earilier. "Come on. We've got to go."
